Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation of an order placed with 87Ghats as follows.

Before dispatch

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are dispatched. Write to naveen.87ghats@gmail.com with your order number, or use your account's order page.

After dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery or initiate a return as per our Refund Policy.

Refund of cancelled orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
